Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Plan and billing in TaxFlow. Cancelling stops future payments straight away. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Everything you issued stays available to view and download.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are not refunded for part months.
• Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment. After that, yearly plans are not refunded for unused months.
• Practice plans are billed after each month for active clients, so there is nothing to refund when you cancel.
• If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the charge.

Refunds are paid back to the card used, through PayHere, usually within 7 to 14 working days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we email the workspace owners. Pro and Business plans can be paid again from Plan and billing. Practice charges are retried once a day. Paid features stay on for 7 days after the due date, then the workspace moves to the Free plan until payment is made.
